Pat – Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator
As our office manager, Pat keeps the practice running smoothly, so we can serve our patients with personalized care. She had been a patient of the practice for many years before joining the team, so she has a unique perspective on the patient experience we provide and how we can best assist each person who visits our Naperville dental office.
What do you love about your job?
“Working with the patients and getting to know about them and their families. But most rewarding is seeing the before and after results on some of our patients. What a difference a beautiful smile makes!”
Pat and her husband are the parents of three wonderful children. When she’s not at the office, Pat enjoys cooking, gardening, and travel.
Julie – Dental Assistant
Julie began her work as a dental assistant in 1987, and joined our team in 2007. A graduate of Harper College, Julie continues to refine her skills through continuing education in the dental field. She appreciates that our team shares the same values of wanting what’s best for our patients and working toward the same goal.
What do you love about your job?
“Helping people attain quality dentistry, educating them about their dental and overall health, and guiding them towards enjoying a healthy and happy wellbeing.”
Julie is a mother of three children, and when she has time, she enjoys taking vacations, enjoying her summers, and being around family and friends.
Debi – Patient and Hygiene Coordinator
Originally from a Chicago suburb, Debi came to our practice an experienced member of the dental community. She considers it a pleasure to work with the committed staff members here at Dr. Brown’s office, and enjoys that the staff is warm and welcoming.
What to you love about your job?
“I love that dentistry is a learning experience. I love being a part of the team and watching the practice grow with more wonderful patients.”
Heather – Registered Dental Hygienist
Heather holds an associate degree in dental hygiene, a bachelor degree in health care leadership, and an advanced degree in management. Her professional pursuits include providing oral health in-services to long term care facilities through the IDPH grant program, as well as dental consulting and training. Heather appreciates our team’s compassion for patients, and the intelligence, skill, and work ethic each person exhibits. She also considers our up-to-date minimally invasive technology a major plus!
What do you love about your job?
“I love the lasting relationships that I’m able to build with our patients. These relationships are founded on trust, communication, and partnership in treatment. I also love helping patients achieve an optimal level of health through minimally invasive dentistry and education.”
Heather is married to an amazing man, Ryan. Together they enjoy chasing after their young son!
Jamie - RDH, graduated with honors from the Dental Hygiene Program at Parkland College, Champaign, Illinois in 2001. She continued her education at Illinois State University earning a Bachelors of Science in Health Education and Nutrition. In addition to providing care for her patients, Jamie works with dental hygiene students at UIC College of Dentistry in the clinical setting. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association and certified in administering local anesthesia and relaxation dentistry. Jamie is dedicated to educating her patients and helping improve their overall oral health and wellness. She enjoys traveling with family and friends, running, weight lifting, and anything outdoors!
Angie - Dental Assistant has been coming to see Dr. Brown since she was 6 years old, now she’s one of his dental assistants. She received her Bachelor’s of Science from Illinois State University. She enjoys running with her dog, going to the gym and traveling.
