The technician who cleaned my teeth was super nice but she was so rough. My teeth and gums were sore for 24 hours. It felt like I had cavaties filled.

Jenna was great…really enjoyed being her patient today.

The hygienist was personable and very informative on everything I’d experience during the exam and cleaning. Mary and Dr. Marie were entertaining during my filling. It’s strange to say but I always have a good time here!

Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and friendly. The physicians are wonderful and made me feel comfortable with every step of my treatment plan.

I had a problem tooth for 3 years. I saw many dentists who sent me to specialists who couldn’t figure out what to do! I got a flyer in the mail for a free consultation. I went in. A few minutes later we had a plan and 2 days later I had the work started! I have one more to finish it. I AM SO IMPRESSED! AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE!! I feel very comfortable and very pleased!!!!

I listen to music through ear buds during any extended procedure. At one point during some recent work, Dr. Marie asked me to open wider. I wondered aloud if she could hear the music leaking out of my mouth and had recognized a song that she wanted to hear better. She just laughed and then completed the work necessary to result in a new four tooth bridge.

The process was relatively pain and discomfort free and my new teeth fit well and look very natural.

Dr. Marie is sure handed, continually verifies my comfort level as the work progresses and is a delightful person who takes a moment before and after each procedure to build a bit of personal relationship.

Dental work might be anxiety producing, but all of my actual experiences, both with Dr. Brown and Dr. Marie have always been easier than imagined and yield quality results.

Because of my excellent experiences, my wife is now also a patient and we both would never hesitate to offer a positive reference.

Now if you could find a dental solution for my increasing baldness we would really be on to something….

Such a great group of people!

Very disappointed. I came in with my own insurance and was told that the coverage was not good and they sold me their own. I ended up paying instead of being free if they use my insurance.
Sounds like a bait and switch. Watch out ……

I had two veneers break due to a headbutt from an overzealous American Bulldog. Even though they were completely booked Dr. Brown and his group fit me in. They did a temp repair that was done so well you couldn’t tell…110% better look than what I had going on. There are multiple dentists between where I live and Dr. Brown’s office but I can guarantee none that are better or care more than him. I appreciate him as a dentist but more so as the person he is…you won’t find better.

My teeth extraction was painless. If only my blood thinner didn’t cause excessive bleeding, everything would have been great. Maybe you should recommend the patient stop taking blood thinner meds before surgery.

I was 15 min late, but there was no delay – I was attended to very quickly and efficiently by Alicia who was her usual pleasant and effective self.

I chose to get a lot of work done on my teeth in one sitting; over 5 hours in the chair. Dr. Brown and Lisa were most efficient and caring during my visit and made sure I was not in pain. Lisa is the most intuitive hygienist I’ve met. She pays close attention patents body language and can tell how your feeling. Dr. Brown does beautiful work. He also explains everything step by step as he works(if you like). Dr.Brown has very advanced knowledge of numbing those of us who have issues getting frozen. They make a great team. They present patents with options available for a given situation, then additionally, take the time to talk through pros and cons with patents to help us make good choices.

It was a nice experience like previous visits. Mary is a very good person and know how to make you comfortable. I would recommend this dentist location any time.

Dr. Brown and staff have gone out of their way to make sure I’ve had good experiences getting my mouth back to healthy after years of neglect. I’ve had some major work done, and my comfort level has gone from having to be sedated on my first visit, to just numbing up on my last. Excellent with my children as well!

This practice is a well oiled machine but with a warm, human touch. A model of efficiency combined with the highest levels of care and concern.

Dr. Kinnari is so good at what she does. She always makes sure I am comfortable and explains everything so that I understand what is going on with my teeth. All of the dental assistants are very nice as well. This dental office was recommended by a friend and I have gotten all of my work done here. Unfortunately I’ve had some not so great experiences with the receptionists. I feel like after coming in so much they were not very happy to see me. I love Dr. Kinnari but I am unsure if the front customer service will keep me from coming back.

Came in post root canal to have a permanent filling done. Dr. Marie and staff took care of me in a half hour. Great service and team at this facility.

I like the way receptions received you at the door when you came in when I first got examined they found a lump in my throat told me I should get it taken care of looked after I called my doctor they had test done I had an ultrasound on my thyroid gland they had test done it came out okay and they will check it each year I did not know about it until the dentist they’re told me and I thank them very much for that all other matters they took care of I have my deep cleaning done they’re just so professional about what they do and the care they give you I think them from the bottom of my heart

I have been to various dentists in the Chicago suburbs over my lifetime. My wife introduced me to Dr Browns office approximately 2005 and have never gone anywhere since then. Now my entirely family are patients. I had anxiety going to the dentist and now it has significantly been reduced.
The doctors look at taking care of your dental health in both short and long term so this is great!

My name is Terry not Chris. I’ve been told the hygienists get commissioned on up sells? After thinking about it, she offered 4 extra services on this day. I don’t like the idea of recommendations that I don’t need that insurance does not cover. Please say it is not true? I really want to trust my dentist and not feel like you take advantage of your patients.

Been in pain and miserable for weeks on end. Dr. Brown helped put me at ease, and to concentrate on fixing the problem at hand. His team is very genuine, concerned, and very caring. This place has the best service! I feel that they genuinely care for their patients. All the hygienist took time to learn about their patients before the appointment, did a thorough cleaning job and always pleasant. A special mention to their insurance specialist- Dorian, he is so knowledgeable and helpful, he laid out all options and explained them clearly to me, then made recommendations based on the best interest for me. I have been a patient of Dr. Brown since 1993. I currently travel over an hour for my appointments as I would not THINK of changing dentists. Patient care and comfort is always the top priority and the Dr. and staff make a point to keep up on newest technology and treatments.

Post procedure, things went better than expected.
I was cautioned about moderate discomfort and have had very little afterwards. I think this was due to the quality care I was given. Very pleased with my visit.

As a new patient, my family couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From walking in the front door to leaving with a plan for care. All expectations were exceeded!

The last few appointments I had were a little rough because I kept getting scheduled under the wrong Dentist and had to sit there longer waiting to figure it out and it took a couple visits before it was finally fixed. There were also a few mix ups with other things. This last visit was perfect, Melina was the sweetest woman I have worked with there and she knee exactly what she was doing and got me out of there with ease and good timing!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Brown for a number of years now. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with him and all the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them for any age patient.

No matter what, going to the dentist for any reason is for some is a traumatic experience. For some it’s the thought of a needle jabbed in your gums, the sound of the drilling or not being in control. For me it is the fear of the searing pain when the anesthesia is not adequate and the drill bit gets a little too close to the nerve. It comes on suddenly and hurts like heck. I have been to many, many different dentists all over the world and Dr. Brown and his team are by far the best I have experienced. Didn’t feel a thing !!!! Put yourself in the Dr,s shoes and you can imagine what it is like to deal with patients day in and day out who are all anxious to some degree and to have the ability to turn an anxious situation into a pleasing one. Dr. Brown and his team are really good at that. Yesterday, I left the office numbed to the max, but I had a smile on my face after being treated so well.

Very informative and pleasant. Very impressed with the way I was treated. The receptionist actually stood up and shook my hand when I arrived at the welcoming front desk.
Melina has exceptional breadth of knowledge and skill and Dr. Marie’s examination included a procedure new to me and ended with me having full confidence that my dental problems could be fully resolved by her.

Going to a new dentist is always difficult, but they made it a very comfortable experience for me.

Hyunah was a real pleasure to interact with and was very thorough in explaining the issues she found during the cleaning and Xray process.

Loved Dani. She didn’t a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, examining them and answering all my questions. All in 1 hour. Great job and great to meet her.

Doctor Brown and his staff have changed my whole view toward dentistry. A very calm and reassuring environment. Excellent treatment ranging from annual check up to root canal. I always recommend doctor Brown when the conversation comes up about dentists.

My temporary crown fell out while eating dinner nearly 6 hours after it was installed. I have never had this happen with any other crowns.

No one wants to have a crown put on, however Dr brown and Monica did a great job and it was verually painless. Five Stars!

Absolutely amazing. After 2 horrific experiences at different dental offices I waited in pain for years only able to use one side of my mouth to eat. I was too scared to go back to the dentist and had no insurance. Now I have dental insurance I made my appointment with Dr. Brown because he specializes in Sedation Dentistry. My first visit was amazing. Monica my Dental assistant was super incredible and friendly and kept me reassured and calm and even wiped away my tears when I started crying. The medical profession needs more people like her. Dr. Brown was also incredible and made me feel at ease the whole time as well. I have to come back in a couple weeks for a long procedure and have little anxiety about it due to the amazing staff and how comfortable everyone made me feel. I’m so happy to find a dentist office that truly cares for their patients. I will be a lifelong patient and already have recommended many friends and family to this practice!

The staff here is amazing! Love coming into the office and seeing how everyone interacts with the patients. Everyone is very professional and like to get to know you on a personal level. It’s always a pleasure at your dental office. Sure, going to the dentist is not a great thrill in life, but everyone in the office makes it a great experience. One of my favorite things is the blanket. Mary Beth added lavender scent to it and it made it even better. Thank you.

Cleaning went well. Than I sat in the chair after cleaning for close to 45 minutes waiting for Dentist to review xrays and come up with game plan. I got upset waiting went to front. They told me how sorry they are. Set up appointment for April 2. To show me how sorry they had been they gave me a flyer for $25 off my next treatment. Went home vary upset wondering why I would go back. Look at flyer it expirered 9/18. Called to cancel my appointment in April everyone went home. Left message told them cancel appointment I find another dentist who cares about his patients.

I went in for my first cleaning in 3 years. Minor extra work needed to be done. The professionals there made everything easy to understand as far as the procedures, payment options, insurance, etc. Also…they were able to fit me in same day and get all of the work done all at once! Terrific! Monika, Dani, and Dr. Marie are exceptional people and professionals!

I have been seeing Dr Brown for over 30 years. Always great service. His staff is wonderful. It’s always a pleasure to Dr. Brown. I never would go anywhere else for my dental needs.

My mister was the first one to have his teeth fixed and kept telling I would really like the people. he was 100% right!! I am thankful we found a place we love and after my first visit today, we found our dental health home. My teeth feel great too!! One more thing I found impressive was they use PRP. The way of the future for sure. I super happy they offer this!
