Appointment was for 2 but wasn’t seen for another 15-20 mins after that, which was a little disappointing but not the end of the world. However, the care I received, along with the feedback, was excellent. Both Mary Kay, and Dr. Marie were extremely friendly and helpful. I would make two suggestions. One, since I’m paying extra for periodontal maintenance it would be great if the differences in process from a regular cleaning were discussed and highlighted. I didn’t notice anything different this appointment from a normal checkup and clean, and so I was left wondering why I’d paid for more expensive treatment. Second, though the billing is “explained” it is still quite complicated. That part requires far more hand-holding in my case.
