I felt very welcomed as a new patient. The experience was very friendly from the receptionist, through the exam, and discussing billing with the treatment advisor.
I was first seen by Monika, a dental assistant, who is both professional and congenial. Dr. Huguelot then examined me and was very generous with her time to put me at ease by addressing any of my concerns.
None of the previous dental offices I’ve visited in the past demonstrated a concerted staff effort of valuing a patient, much less a potential patient. I am delighted to have found a dental home. Thank you.
