Frequently Asked Questions
I am scared of the dentist and have not had an appointment in years, how can you help me?
98% of adults have a phobia of going to the dentist. Know that you are not alone and that we are here to help you. Dr. Brown and his staff have experience with all different types of patients and we offer Sedation Dentistry. You can complete all dental treatment while sleeping in a relaxed state.
Most patients schedule a consultation first, so they can come in, meet the staff and the doctors, ask any questions about procedures, and feel comfortable with the office. Our staff is here to help you and make you feel at ease, so you can stay on track with your oral health needs.
I’m a new patient, what does Dr. Brown charge for a consultation?
We never charge new patients for a consultation appointment. Dr. Brown believes that you shouldn’t have to pay to find out what’s wrong, only to fix it!
A newpatient consultation is always free of charge, including needed digital Xrays. The only point at which we’ll begin billing you as a new patient is if you decide to undergo treatment at our office after discussing your oral health assessment with Dr. Brown.
