I had 2 small cavities filled near the gum line. I thought things went pretty well, but I ended up with a partially swollen lip and the inside of my mouth was raw and my gums were very sore. I expected my gums to be a little sore, but they are still very sore after almost a week. I have never had a swollen lip like I had after having those cavities filled.
