This dentistry and customer service by far has been the best service I’ve had in years. From the moment I placed the call to set up my apoitment, Madeline was very proffesional and efficient. Walking in I was greeted by Liz who was super helpful and extremely nice. Within 5 minutes I was called into a clean office accompanied by Stephanie, who was really welcoming and made it very easy to talk too. She was quick,proffesional, and made me feel comfortable as she explained the whole procedure. I then had the pleasure of meeting Doctor Cody, whom I like to welcome to Illinois. At last I met Flora, who genuinely open her door to my financial needs and was very knowledgeable about different insurance plans, including their own which was affordable. She assured I understood everything and didn’t mind repeating herself for my family and friend.They make it very possible to get your teeth fixed. Overall the staff was outstanding, and my experience was outstanding.
